When I interview someone, I usually keep it simple.

1. Show me what you’re proud of

Show me something you’ve built, solved, improved, or achieved that you’re genuinely proud of.

I want to understand what you did, how you think, and the impact you created.

2. Show me your passion

Maybe it’s sports, gaming, music, building a community, creating something, or pursuing a personal goal you’re genuinely proud of.

What interests me is how that passion shapes you, and how it can positively influence the people around you.

Someone who is disciplined in sports can inspire discipline.
Someone who loves teaching can help others grow.
Someone who builds communities can bring people closer together.

Technical skills matter.

But a great team is also shaped by the energy, character, and passion each person brings.

Show me what you’ve done.
Then show me what you bring beyond the role
