We often measure the tangible side of work:
Roadmaps. KPIs. Project progress.

But we sometimes forget the intangible side:
Is the team chemistry getting stronger?
Does the workflow feel smoother, with less friction and unnecessary drama?
Do people genuinely enjoy working together?

These things may not appear on a dashboard, but they strongly influence everything that does.

When people genuinely enjoy working together, they can sustain their energy and performance for much longer.

Even a demanding roadmap feels less stressful and more achievable when the team enjoys the journey together.

We should not only measure what the team delivers, but also what the team is becoming.
