If I had to choose, I would usually choose growth.

Not because stability is unimportant.

But because I don’t want my sense of stability to depend entirely on something external.

Companies can change. Industries can change. Markets can change.

What stays with us is what we’ve learned, the problems we’ve solved, the people we’ve worked with, and our ability to adapt.

That’s also why I’m comfortable taking a bit more risk in my career.

If the company grows, great. We grow together.

If things don’t work out as expected, I still want to be able to say:

I learned. I improved. I became more capable than before.

Everyone has different seasons in life, and sometimes stability absolutely matters more.

But for me, growth is one of the best ways to build stability from within.
